Donald Golob provided strategic planning guidance and advice and stakeholder planning session facilitation services to the CMHA - Vancouver Burnaby Branch during the development of a strategic plan for the organization. The Strategic Plan was unanimously adopted by the Branch Board of Directors at its November 2005 meeting, and the process has moved into the implementation phase.

Development of a Strategic Plan for the Certified Dental Assistants of British Columbia
Donald Golob worked with the CDABC to develop its strategic plan, which included working with the Strategic Planning Steering Committee to develop and implement the process, facilitating meetings of the Committee to develop the plan, facilitating a stakeholder meeting to review the draft plan and background information, drafting the strategic plan, and presenting the draft plan to the Board of Directors for review and adoption. Recently, Donald Golob facilitated a session with the board and senior staff to review the strategic plan.

Development of a Strategic Plan for Raincity Housing and Support Society
Donald worked with Raincity Housing and Support Society (formerly Triage Emergency Services & Care Society) to help the organization develop its strategic plan for the period 2004-8. This included facilitating board/senior staff and field staff planning sessions and drafting the strategic plan. Recently, Donald facilitated a session with a group of Triage's board members and senior staff to review and make recommendations on how to revise the senior management structure to support the strategic plan.
